FCPX 10.3 + Compressor 4.3 Export Problems

Hello to allI open this topic for a problem after updating with the new Final Cut Pro X 10.3 and Compressor 4.3, I explain.Granted I have always worked with final cut from seven up to date versionDoing export with the share using the presets of the compressor es.MPEG-2 422 Program stream, 15 Mbps, the end result can be seen all over with a dark stain type grain or noise. If you display on your Mac monitor or iMac it is not detected, but if you look at it on TV you can see perfectly. This happens even when using the compressor directly with FCPX with F8 using the direct compressor presets.I think it's an important bug reports. If the compressor is used 4.2.2 this problem does not exist.I think it is a problem that the compressor 4.3 was introduced Rec.709 color space that somehow does not communicate well during the coding with FCPXIf you want to try to see if the same problem is also evident to you, take this little test.Open Compressor 4.3 will bring you preset and copy the folder "Custom" MPEG-2422 Program stream, 15 Mbps, leave everything in default without making changesSame with the MPEG-2 for DVD presets.Open FCPX and imported into the Share of the compressor preset inside the folder "Custom".TimeLine imported on a black clip of about 3 seconds or a clip by applying the black bars.Exported with the two presets one at a time and then the files you look at them in the first monitor and then in the TV and tell me what you see.The end result according to my tests you will have to see the whole clip full of a stain in the shape of fixed noise.Hello

Focal I would like to clarify that it is not only Compressor 4.3 1 FCPX 10.3but also has problems, because if you export a frame of a clip in jpeg or tiff format or any present are present on blacks loss of quality with stains and grit.
Necessary that the engineers who develop FCPX understand that they must take action to resolve this anomaly definitely on all 3 software (FCPX, Compressor and Motion)

Hello to all
With the 10.3.1 update, nothing has changed the problem remains 😟
Before upgrading I read what has been resolved with this update, and then I had already suspected that it would not change anything because it has not reached the 200MB
I hope the next update solve this problem to my important notice.

Tests carried out have discovered an oddity but serious at the same time I explain:The tests performed by the writer, it is clear that the real problem on the project 1920x1080 50p, while if a crate 1920x 1080 25P project even if included clips turn in conversione.MPEG 50P-2422 Program stream or MPEG-2 420 is seen clean without noise. To create MPEG2 DVD you have to create a project in the 50P or 25P clip you see the file without noise 720x576 25P and enter.to make sure you also do this test.Create two projects 1920x1080 1920x1080 50P and 25PIn the first project 50P insert a simple text, exported MPEG-2422 Program stream and you'll notice on the black background, and all full of noiseSame thing you do with 25P exported MPEG-2422 Program stream and you will notice that the black and clean no noise. This simple test makes it clear that FCXP and Compressor have communication problems on converting these six presets, and the thing that worries me that Apple itself and those working on Final Cut Pro X has not even done with the first update to resolve this serious problem.

I have a temporary fix for everyone.

1. In FCPX Export your full resolution timeline as Apple Pro Res

2. Import that file back into FCPX and insert it into a standard definition 720x480 anamorphic timeline.

3. Share a DVD or create your MPEG 2 files from this SD timeline

4. OR, you can export this 720x480 anamorphic timeline from FCPX as Apple Pro Res, and then bring that into Compressor and make your MPEG2 files there

I know its not ideal, but this should work as a temporary fix.
