A bit late to the party... I think we used to be able to sign in to supportprofile.apple.com and find out our device serial numbers (the entire serial numbers). iCloud shows partial serial number.
I know how to get serial numbers directly from the device (Settings - General - About, SIM tray or printed on the back of the device) and iTunes. Does anyone know how to get our entire device serial numbers from Apple.com website?
Not that I've found; you can input your entire serial to check, but that's the only thing I've found. And, in order for some features of the new support page to display, you must be signed into your Apple ID/icloud with your device (tracking a personalized list of supported devices does use iCloud (effectively the same mechanism as Find My iPhone) and the feature is effectively removed without it). iCloud sign in is not required for basic usage. Are you saying there's no way to get our serial numbers from apple website now?
What a flippant answer. Yes, this is a user forum and this is a user question. Makes sense you're a Windows guy.
