On my phone the apps appear in English, but on my Watch Shazam, Nike+, Field Day and more apps are in German. Luckily I understand German, but it's very frustrating, and I have no idea how to change it?

I had the same problem... solved it by:
1) change iphone language to german
2) change iphone region to german
3) change iWatch language and region to german
4) re-change everything to danish (I am a dane...thats why)
puff... the watch app is no longer in german, but now in english

Thanks Rudegar. Sadly it was not set for German, but after changing the language from Danish into English and then back again it seems to have switched to English instead of German, which I'm pleased about, since I know not all apps are available in Danish and English is my second preference. So I guess it worked...? 🙂
