this happens when you connect your phone to a Headphone or Via Bluetooth with any media device... Just unplug the headphones or disconnect bluetooth screen will go away

There is some app that is playing media/prepared to play media. Open Control Center by swiping up from the bottom and swipe left to reveal music controls. Tap on the app that appears at the top here and try to figure out where any audio/video playback might be coming from. If it there is no obvious media playback within this app, force close it by double tapping the home button and swiping up on the preview of this app.

I'm having the same problem. Instead of seeing my lock screen wallpaper, this is what I see. I have not had any music playing, and I don't even own any headphones.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Try each step, in order, until your issue is resolved.

This explains it. I had the same issue and I thought it was a malware. Solved my problem.
