airplay on Mac

I have a Macbook Air that connects via airplay to an AppleTV 4. It was working fine but not anymore. Other Macs and phones can connect to Apple TV without issue. I restarted and patching up to date. I created another user on the machine and it connects to Apple TV just fine. There seems to be something messed up in my user profile. Any suggestions? When I try to connect via Airplay. It sometimes asks me for a passcode sometimes it doesn't. Either way it returns Could not connect to "Apple TV". Any help would be appreciated.

Please read Use AirPlay to display video from your Mac on an HDTV - Apple Support.

I can airplay from another profile on same machine.

Do both User Accounts have Administrator privileges?

If so that suggests an authentication problem associated with that User Account. Try this: Launch Keychain Access – it's in your Mac's Utilities folder.

In the filter field at its upper right, type the word AirPlay. Keychain items with names AirPlay Client Peer and AirPlay Client Identity should appear. Are they present?
