About 2 years ago i took out a Guardian news app subscription. It is due to renew.
I want to cancel it. However when i go to settings it only gives me 2 options - renew for one month or for 12 months. There is NO option to cancel???
I was annoyed last year as it auto-renewed.
I dont want it any more as i subscribe directly to the Guardian Australia website news.

Then according to Apple, you bought the subscription from someone else or it would be there.
Do you find an invoice for the purchase two years ago in your Purchase History in your account information in iTunes on a Mac or PC?
I cnnot see a purchase on my iphone. I'"" look on my macbook.
Last year i contacted the Guardian about this and they said it was an apple app subscription

I'm not sure what that actually means. This is a user to user support forum, not some overseas outsourcing. Folks who work daily with Apple products offering free help to other Apple product users. Ciao
