I decided today 11/11/16 that i was going to download iTunes but, when the ''iTunes6464Setup.exe" finished downloading and I ran the program my computer Said "This App Can't Run On Your PC" Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
P.S. I did Try to run as an admin and attempted a uninstall reinstall but those had no apparent effect.

Is this by chance a 32 bit machine?
Make sure Windows is fully up to date. Clear your browser's cache and start with a fresh download of the iTunes installer. See the Further Information area of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for direct links, and further help if required.

Open apple software updater by searching for it via the Taskbar (Windows 10) or by the Charms menu (Windows 8). It should pop up immediately, so just update through that. I had this problem just a few minutes ago, and that was how I solved it, anyway.
No this is a 64 bit Machine
I do not have Any previous Apple products so when i looked for the updater it was not there.

Windows is Fully Updated.
I cleared everything out of my browser cache history.
Well not the passwords but that shouldn't matter.
And The Installer I downloaded the installer again
It created the file ''iTunes6464Setup (1).exe''
I opened it and the same problem occurred.
should i try on Ubuntu?
or am i just really unlucky.

You would not be able to download and install iTunes with Ubuntu. You may need to use the version of iTunes for older video cards. You can try this download link to Apple Support's iTunes downloads. Try installing it and see if it will allow it to run. Download iTunes 12.4.3 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards)
Try right-clicking the downloaded file and using Run as Administrator. Or you could try the steps in Install missing components.

Running as an admin didn't change the results.
I don't think anything is missing, mainly because i downloaded it like 5 separate times
I'm suggesting you unpack the main installer (which you say won't run) and install the individual component MSI files one at a time in the correct order. If you are successful then iTunes will have been installed.

The same problem that occurred before happens with this installer too.
I have no idea whats going on other installers work but not the "iTunes6464Setup.exe" and "iTunes64Setup.exe"

At the link posted: Install missing components. Read the whole of that box. You might want to try a direct download from the links in that user tip if you haven't already done so. It is possible that your ISP has a corrupt cached copy that it is trying to send you. You could also try a different browser. If 7-Zip cannot unpack the downloaded files that again suggests things are getting corrupted somewhere.

Hi Chris, you might have missed this feedback I had in the Level 6 Lounge Re: https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1816 needs an update but I gather the "for older video cards" version should no longer be needed due to improvements in the new all 64-bit versions since 12.4.3.
