Install Problem on Windows 10

I decided today 11/11/16 that i was going to download iTunes but, when the ''iTunes6464Setup.exe" finished downloading and I ran the program my computer Said "This App Can't Run On Your PC" Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

P.S. I did Try to run as an admin and attempted a uninstall reinstall but those had no apparent effect.

I install another browser and downloaded the installer and it worked...

So Chrome and Internet Explorer Had broken versions like saved on some kind of server or something?

Though I'm still confused My issue is no more Thank you for the help.
