Album Cover Art - in iTunes but will not import
I've been using the automatic cover art import in iTunes. I registered an account; I've downloaded some of the free songs, and for a number of songs in my library I've managed to get the cover art. However, for about a quarter of my albums, the import does not work - and the knowledgebase article linked from the FAQ does not work. Let me give some examples.
Bones by The Killers from their album Sam's Town is in the iTunes Store. It's sitting there. There's cover art for it. And hey, here's the URL for it:

And yet... I right click the song in my Library. I hit "Get Album Artwork." Nothing happens. So, I take the radical step of deleting all of the info, directly copying it from the iTunes Store info (not typing, copying - using right-click "copy" then pasting, and removing extraneous information). Still nothing.
Now, this procedure works just fine and dandy for other songs. For instance, Ima Robot's "Creeps Me Out" gets its album artwork downloaded perfectly. No hitches. But for others...
I get the same problem with "Mad World" from Donnie Darko (Soundtrack from the Motion Picture). It's sitting there, in the iTunes Store. All of the information for the song is cut-and-pasted right from iTunes. But... it... doesn't... download.
There is a whole host of albums for which the cover art import doesn't work, even when the data perfectly matches what's in iTunes. Are other people getting this problem? Am I missing something? Is the feature still broken after months?
