Using credit card from different country

Hello,

I'm from Turkey and I've founded a company in Delaware.

I don't have a US credit card (neither my company), and Apple is declining my credit card which is registered to Turkey. I need to purchase a developer account for my company in US with my Turkish credit card (MasterCard, if it makes any difference).

How do I do this?

Apple's online stores are country specific. I know you cannot purchase iTunes music in the USA iTunes Store with a card from another country and I suspect you are encountering something similar. For the iTunes Store there is no workaround and you simply have to have a suitable credit card. I don't have a developer account so I don't know what services it offers but if they are country specific Apple may require that if you are a USA developer you also have to show some indication of presence in the USA such as having a US credit card tied to a US bank and billed to a physical address in the USA.
