I have a late 2007 MacPro2,1 - A1186 - 2138
cpu : intel Q. Core Xeon X5365 x2 3.0GHz
RAM : 17GB DDR2
HDD: 4 TB & 240 SSD
boot camp 4.0.4
and I simply can't complete the installation of windows 7 on it. I am caught in a Windows Error Recovery screen loop, it just keeps restarting and go back to that screen. I have tried just about everything I can think of and have tried everything suggested in my search for a solution.
please guide me .

I suggest you try W8.1 ISO as a test and verify that it can be installed. I do not trust any 'cracked' software.
Your 2007 MacPro does not support W8.1.
