Photos blurry after rebuilding photo library

OK, so I followed the directions and completed the rebuilding of my iPhoto library. However, now in the edit window the photos look out of focus (they weren't before!) and when I tried making a book the message I got was that the photos are of "low quality." What do I do now????

you can back up all of the Image and data files for iphoto as long as you back up the folder in its entirety

location is ~/pictures/iphoto library by default.

Take the folder called iphoto library and copy it to the location of your choice.

Doing this periodically may help prevent you from having to do this big manual rebuild again
