Why can't I FaceTime a certain contact?

That contact can FaceTime me but it doesn't give me the option to FaceTime that contact. We both have IPhone 7 plus. I can FaceTime all other IPhones except that one.

This doesn't address the question at all. I have one contact I cannot facetime with, but we have been doing it since we got our iphones. What's the problem with one user and facetime?
