Keeps dropping and reconnecting. Pretty sure it's not the wifi because on MacOS and my iPhone, both have stable connections. It's probably a driver issue, anyone know a fix?

Had the same issue, bootcamp in 15" tbMBP 2016 can connect to 802.11n/ac 5GHz wifi, but does not connect to 802.11g 2.4GHz wifi whatsoever. Too bad that iPhone personal hotspot is a 2.4GHz network, it means you can't tether an iPhone with windows bootcamp.
After reading this post I felt the issue could be with interference between the broadcom card's wifi and bluetooth part.
then I came across this post and the solution actually worked like magic:

In short:
Type "device manager" in your search thingy in Windows taskbar and open it
Open "network adapters" dropdown menu
Double click your Broadcom 802.11
Click "advanced"
Select "Bluetooth Collaboration"
Change value to "Disabled"
Note: the method above was meant to fix bluetooth connection issue with tbMBP. However it fixed the wifi issue as well.
Turning off bluetooth collaboration did not disable bluetooth. I can use 2.4GHz wifi and my airpods at the same time with no issues.
There are known issues with BT/WiFi in 10.12.1. There is a 10.12.2 B4 release, which when GA, may address your issue. Please watch for Software Updates.
Would it address the issues in Windows though? I don't seem to have any issues when running MacOS.
The MacOS drivers work properly. We should try and look at the the Windows side with Acrylic WiFi and check the adapter/driver behavior. Acrylic WiFi should provide better insight on the Windows issues.
Downloaded the public beta 4. Windows won't even connect to a network anymore. It can see the wifi networks, but cannot connect to any. I'm completely uninstalling the bootcamp partition and am going to try again. Very frustrating experience.
Do not install B4 on top of an existing Sierra installation. You will have only pain and grief. 😟
I downloaded acrylic wifi but I'm not sure what I should be looking for. My 5g network has the highest quality out of all the networks around me, but I still can't join it.
Just wanted to add some more specifics. I'm actually able to join the WiFi network for a while but the connection isn't stable. It'll be able to pull 4Mb and then be connected but 'no internet' and then disconnect entirely.
What are the security settings for the SSID you are trying to join?
Ok I might have figured out the problem. When I go to configure the wireless card in Windows, then into select band preference, there is only a/b/g. The 802.11n is not there, which would be why it cannot connect to 5g network. Also why the connection is so crappy. The n functionality is not there. I've updated the drivers as best as I can tell. I don't know any other way to update them.

On a tbMBP you should have 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac as noted in MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016) - Technical Specifications.

I'm using the Apple Supplied BootCamp Drivers
I am also using the apple bootcamp drivers. There are no settings for 802.11n or ac when configuring the card in windows.

You have connectivity, but bad performance. This is a different issue.
I can connect to my 2.4ghz with low performance, but cannot connect to my 5g network, which gives me full speeds. It says 'cannot connect to this network'. However, I can connect on the Mac side with no issues.
