In Numbers 4.0.5, I've got a colour in a couple of cells. I want to copy that colour to other cells without affecting the formulas, data etc.
There appears to be no paste style only menu option. No paste special that I can find like in Excel. Option-Command-V pastes the data etc as well.
Anyone?

You can try going to View > Customize Toolbar ... in your menu and dragging these into the Toolbar.
They are similar to the format painter in Excel (the one that looks like a paintbrush). To use, select source cell(s), click Copy Style, select destination cell(s), click Paste Style.

Copy style and Paste style are under the Format menu (alt+cmd-C and alt+cmd-V).
They should do the trick.
What's driving me nuts is when I only want to paste 1 or 2 features. Like if I want to paste borders only or fill color only.

Not possible. Copy Style copies ALL style attributes of the cell and it;s contents. Paste Style pastes what was copied.
You could create a new table to hold only descriptive text and single style elements or style sets that you will want to have available for pasting. Copy Style from those cells and paste it where you want it. The table itself could likely be copied and pasted into other ocuments for use there.
