Video freeze on first frame

I bought Apple products to avoid having issues with updates, bugs, virus... The 10.1.1 Is not a good update and does not reflect the quality expected from Apple.

My issue is that video doesn't work anymore, the first frame appears and stay there while the audio is working fine. This occur on multiples sites either using Safari or Chrome.

I upgraded about 2 weeks ago. What is the use of an Ipad if you can't watch video?

Dear Diana,

Thank you for your reply. I did this procedure many times and it doesn't fix the problem.

Any other suggestions?

Hi. Have you restarted since the update? Try this:

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.

2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.

3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
