While trying to add Delta boarding pass to my wallet I keep getting a could not add to wallet

While trying to add Delta boarding pass to my wallet I keep getting a could not add to wallet. I was able to add the first leg of my flight but while trying to add the connecting flight to my wallet I keep getting an error message "We're sorry... could not add to wallet" What can I do?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.1.1

This answer from Apple is a complete copout--no help whatsoever in solving the problem.

I am having the same issue ... a lot. When going back into the app you don't request another eboardong pass--you view the same one on the app.

Please work harder to provide a solution rather than suggesting this rubbish.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I understand that you've been unable to add a second boarding pass to your Wallet and I'd like to help as much as possible. Because you've been able to add the first boarding pass, I'd recommend requesting another eBoarding Pass via the Delta website or app as per the Delta support site .

If I did not receive my eBoarding Pass can I request another one?

Yes, if you do not receive your eBoarding Pass, you can check in at delta.com again and request to send another eBoarding Pass or view your eBoarding Pass on the Fly Delta app.
