Booking.com app issue on App Store

Dear Friends,


I had recently updated my iOS to 10.1.1, while updating I had to delete few apps to create space. So I had deleted booking.com as one of the app.


After successfully updating the iOS. I am facing issue with the booking.com app. I can't reinstall it. It is stuck on one button, and upon clicking the button it does not install, It does not even give me option for 'Get or Install' also.

Please advise what can I do to resolve the matter?

Hi dkrdelta!

I see that you're unable to reinstall your app, and I'm happy to help. Please try signing out of the iTunes & App Stores, then sign back in and attempt to download your app.

iTunes, iBooks, and App Store

Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID. If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap Sign Out.

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap Sign In, then enter your Apple ID and password.

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The next thing I would recommend trying would be to download the app using iTunes on a computer, then sync it to the iPhone. Depending on whether you use a Mac or a PC, I've provided instructions applicable to both situations:

iTunes for Mac: Sync and organize iOS apps

iTunes for Windows: Sync iPod, iPhone, or iPad​
