Hi


If you are using iCloud Photo Library, to view your photos via a web browser on a computer:


Sign in to https://www.icloud.com/ using your Apple ID and password > open the Photos app.


If you are instead referring to an iCloud backup, note that a backup cannot be browsed or searched to see or open any of the component elements. It can only be used to restore your iPhone's content and settings in the event that your iPhone has been erased.
