Logic Pro 9 download

Many Moons ago i bought Logic Pro 9, the retail boxed version. I have updated to a mac mini and wanted to be able to install logic onto it. However as there isn't a CD drive, is there a way to download this as i do not have access to another PC with a CD.

I guess the easiest way is to have it added to my app store account. Obviously my current version is authorised via CD key.
