I bought an iPhone 7 silicone case from amazon (directly amazon, not a third party vendor) and it has a weird smell, even my fingers smell when i touch it. It also did not come in any packaging but in a plastic bag. Can this be a genuine apple Product?

Unfortunately no Apple store in my country 😟. I think i'll contact amazon, this feels not genuine.
The genuine Apple silicone cases do not smell and are very nice 🙂

Overall, as you have described it, the case certainly does not appear to be genuine.
Talked to amazon, they said to return it, which i will do on Monday, thank you all for the quick help.
