Problem with transferring Logic Pro X files

Hello,

I've have some trouble while trying to transfer my Logic Pro X project folder to my producer, as I'm currently overseas.
I used google drive to do this and after he downloaded the folders that I sent him of the projects, he says that the actual .logicx file had been replaced with 2 folders marked 'alternatives' and 'resources', rendering him unable to actually open these project files on his macbook.
Is there any way that I can work around this?
