The page dataloading.net keeps opening on Safari

This page keeps opening, seems like an adware, but I read that actually steels information from your computer. Is there a way to remove this without installing any program like macbooster or mackeeper? I tried resetting Safari and it won't work, it just keeps opening every now and then. I really need some help here. Thanks!

Use the "Check Files" functionality within Etrecheck to verify, then delete the files as shown below.
