Do I run these comands in terminal or GPD Fdisk? If in terminal - where would I use fdisk?
You would run the commands in terminal, but you'll need to get GPT Fdisk first: https://sourceforge.net/projects/gptfdisk/

So, I ran all of it, there is bootcamp drive partition with files in it, I reboot, press option, choose windows and get the message that I must repair windows with a recovery drive.
What next?
What is the year/model of your Mac? What is the current version of Windows?
Mac Retina 13' (A1502)
Win10
The 2013-2014 and 2015 models behave differently. You will need to build a USB Installer using BC Assistant for 2013-2014 models and the first two options. For a 2015 model, you will need to use Windows Media Creation tool and then add BC drivers to the root of this USB using BCA -> Action -> Download... .
Once you have the installer, you can boot from it and Repair W10.
From the USB Installer, you should see two icons, Windows and EFI Boot. EFI Boot will not work on a Mac, if you have an MBR (the Fdisk output). The GPT Fdisk steps created an MBR on your Mac. Are you able to see all the Windows files in the OSX Finder?
Choose the Windows icon after you use Alt/Option to see the bootable devices in the Apple Bootmanager.
