What's the Hibernate Equivalent in macOS? Planning Not Shutdown the 5k Late 2015 (or 2016) iMac

Hi. It's best, especially with modern Macs which have more robust and faster parts, to not shut it down but just let it hibernate (same power consumption as OFF/shutdown) and turn the display off so the fans especially aren't stressed on boot up.


If there's an equivalent of hibernate in macOS, where is it in the Energy Saver. Is Power Nap a kind of hybrid sleep and hibernate like in Windows?
