Macbook Pro 2016 arrow keys not always clicking

I just got the new macbook pro (2016) with touch bar. One issue I just noticed is that the down and up arrow keys sometimes do not respond to light clicks. If I press the buttons lightly enough (just at the threshold of the key "clicking" down), it doesn't register a press. Has anyone else had this issue, and is it something that can be fixed?

Thanks!

Update on my comment above.

So I went to apple authorized reseller today where I bought my 13" non TB to test if the demo unit is same as mine and, yatta! same issues with the smaller keys but that's not my only issue. The next thing I did is picked up the MacBook Pro 13 non TB demo unit to check if it rattling or I can hear some loose objects when shaking the unit from left to right or vice vera and I hear nothing. So I decided now to approach the guy there and told him my keyboard and rattling issues and then he checked my unit and the demo unit and he reproduced those issues.

I told them that apple has 14 days return policy but they said they're not honoring it as they are only "reseller", is that right for all certified apple authorised reseller? but he was very accommodating and kind and offer me a replacement once they have stocks, I hope he will inform me asap.

Let me know guys if you have rattling issues and also very loud keyboard or different sounds when typing/clicking the keys.
