how to upgrade to iOS 10 on my iphone 4s?

I have iPhone 4s now my software is running 9.3.2 now and I did not get ios 10..

Since you have Iphone 4s you should be able to upgrade to IOS 9 but not IOS 10. You could either do it from your iphone or itunes.

From Iphone: Settings > General > Software Update

From Itunes: Connect your iphone > Summary Page > Check for Update

I don't think you can do that cause the software is not made for iph 4s

If you are currently at iOS 7.1.2 then you have an iPhone 4 and not a 4s and you are at the highest iOS you can run.

You can’t, iOS 9.3.5 is as high as that iPhone will go.

The only way you can do that is to get a newer iPhone. The hardware in the iPhone 4s does not support iOS 10.

You can install iOS 10 or later by getting a newer iPhone. You will never be able to install it on an iPhone 4s, it does not have the necessary hardware.
