djvu file causes iconservicesagent to exhaust cpu on macos sierra

I recently downloaded a DjVu file using Chrome on my macbook air running macOS Sierra v10.12.1. Suddenly my computer becomes very laggy, but I managed to get to the terminal and reboot it. When finally I got into desktop again, Finder could not launch because it was not responding. So I checked on activity monitor, and iconservicesagent had almost 100% CPU usage. In the end, I deleted the DjVu file and everything was back to normal.
