Syncing playlists between ipad and iphone

Hello everyone

I have an Iphone 7plus and an Ipad Pro, but I do not have a computer or a mac, I run my entire business without the need for anything except these two devices.

All my content is downloaded or cloud based

However here is the problem, I create a new playlist on my ipad, but I cannot seem to find a way to sync this across the cloud to my iphone.

I Dont want to connect my devices to a PC or a MAC, as that Mearns someone else would have my data so what I am looking for is a system to move the data between these devicesd using apples cloud systems.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.1.1, Ipad Pro

You need an iCloud Music Library then. Playlists can be synced between devices that way.

That means either a monthly Apple Music subscription or an annual iTunes Match subscription.

Same solution(s).

I have Match and iCloud is turned on. Syncing has never worked right between macbook and iPhone.

I"ve given up after spending weeks trying to sync a playlist. Won't. Even using USB.

OK, so I have bought I tunes match for a year, how do I now get my playlists to sync as it doesnt seem to have made any difference ?

Really it won't sync from phone to iPad my playlist without paying ? I have the same issue no computer just ipad and seven plus ?
