I don't know why but my iphone7 vibrates while charging. You can feel the current in the backside of the device.
I is normal behaviour. Can you guys help me??

Don't worry this is totally normal to all iPhone 7 devices. All 3 of mine do this and also checked with my friends iPhone 7's and it also happens. It is not dangerous and if you really don't like it you can always buy a case with a rubber seal. Hope this helps
Yeah, I have tried with iPhone 6S charger, its the same. I bought the product two months back in India.

I have bought this phone from Apple Priority Re-seller and according to above link I don't think they will help me out. I once visited there, and they asked me to go to service center . Why would I do that? If I want a replacement because of an issue, apple should do it.
Do you mean the phone's vibration motor is causing the phone to vibrate? Or do you mean you can feel a kind of tingling when you touch the back of the phone when it's charging? If so, that would indicate improper grounding. Try a different outlet. It's not dangerous.
Did you also try different cables and adapters? It's a not uncommon issue with iPhones (one of the electrical engineers on the board explained why once but, unfortunately, I've forgotten the reason). If you're within the return period, you can certainly take it back. However, there is a non-zero chance that the next phone will behave in the same way.

If Apple doesn't have any direct sales in India, they can't exchange the phone. You are welcome to contact Apple Support and see what they can do for you.

Only Apple can tell you what Apple will do. If the phone is under warranty and shows no sign of damage, though, it would most likely be replaced at no cost.
It kind of feel like current flowing in the whole backside. And yes, I have tried many different outlets. It occurs in all outlets.
