Hi


Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.


If your watch still does not start, you will need to contact Apple Support, make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your watch to be serviced:

Same thing happened to my watch. Per the support conversation I had the solution Apple currently has is to ship a new one out to you and you ship the old one back. Apple Stores are unable to repair a watch in this state, but they will help you set up this shipping option if you prefer to do this in person rather than over the phone or internet.
