We've seen a number of reports like this over the past week. In most cases, it is an issue with Apple's Back to My Mac (BTMM) servers messing up Apple IDs. Did you set up BTMM on your AirPort routers?

We assume that you have power cycled your entire network.....all devices....correct?

What other troubleshooting steps have you performed?

Same problem since upgrading to 10.12.1 Sierra. Airport is working for wifi connectivity; however, can't find it in TimeMachine or Airport Utility., power cycled several times. Do not have Back to My Mac enabled anywhere. Did not 'Forget Device' yet, as that will probably break my network. Airport with 3TB HDD about 2-3 years old. Can't reach it to get exact info....

I did power cycle them, and one the cycle is complete I can see the device and I can log on, but after about 2 minutes they change back to Not Found. I do have BTMM turned on, I will attempt to turn it off and see what happens. Since they are still broadcasting, so this is more of an annoyance than anything else. I just think this is very odd.I will keep trying to solve this, thanks for your help. I will update as I continue to troubleshoot
