FCP bad DVD rendering. Different from last year. Why?

I'm making DVDs with FCP every year but just one time per year.
My problem is the very bad quality, by export my film with DVD default settings, which was not so a year before.

Same settings. Same light. Same cameras. Same cut. Not proxy export. VERY different results.
Last year heaven, this year ****.. Also the text is rendered very bad, not just the film.
Can anyone help me?

Try creating a New Project and alter it's settings to SD video (PAL or NTSC).

Also make sure Anamorphic is selected if the source files are 16:9.

Copy/Paste the Project to the new one.

Share>DVD and burn.

I don't know why FCP X has changed it's burn quality but more than a few users are noticing "something".

The above method seems to clean things up a bit.
