Snapchat with the latest iOS update

have a little problem with my iPhone 6 since I've done the latest iOS update (10.2). Almost every time I open my snapchat, my iPhone makes a restart without me doing anything.. Maybe you can help?

I have the iPhone 6s Plus. Since I updated the iOS update for the 11.0.3 when I download and open the Snapchat app my phone would freeze with a lot of black lines and it would reboot itself non stop until my phone completely dies. I have brought it to the apple store and they said it was something wrong with the motherboard. When apple associate phone out that my warranty is no longer active they just completely right me off and say there is nothing they can do. He said I have to open. One option was to buy a new phone from apple or speak to my carrier about my insurance. So mine you the phone wouldn’t even turn on now just rebooting. They would even look at it. So... here I am using my iPhone 6s Plus with no problem. But I did delete anything that has to do with Snapchat. I can live with out it lol I’m over it.

Hey, TessaGorlee.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities for this issue. It appears that after you updated your iPhone 6 to iOS 10.2, Snapchat isn't working as expected. Each time you open it, it restarts your phone. I'll be more than happy to help.
If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly -- I happened to notice that Snapchat provided an update to their application on December 13, 2016. If you've already updated Snapchat or your phone restarts after you've updated it, follow the steps in this article.

You might see this unexpected behavior on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if you have an older version of iOS. Learn what to do.

Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS and that your apps are up to date. If you still need help after updating, contact Apple Support.

Learn what to do if your device won't start up past the Apple logo or doesn't respond.

Have an excellent day!

I'm also having this issue, but I have a solution to this. When I open snapchat, it only crashes and reboots the phone if I swipe left (view snaps people have sent me). The solution to this is: Before I swipe left, I swipe down (snapchat user profile view with Added Me, Add Friends and My Friends button view), and then I close that and swipe left. Ever since doing this, my snapchat/phone hasn't crashed.
