IOS 10.2 update deleted all videos

just upgraded my iPad to the release 10.2. The video folder is now gone and replaced with a TV folder. All my videos are now gone on my iPad.

Why????????

TV shows appear in "Movies" category, which is okay. But an episode I purchased via iTunes won't play. A video file I converted myself to .m4v will play.

Have 2 ipads, same. All Movies and TV Shows ‘loading’ and never appear. Man ‘error‘ signal when iTunes reattached through PowerBook. Doesn’t load. Worst update ever. No solution provided.
