com.apple.Safari.SafeBrowsing.Service quit unexpectedly
why do i keep getting a problem report saying com.apple.Safari.SafeBrowsing.Service quit unexpectedly.
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
Can anyone explain this yet? 438 me toos and no one is talking about "social_engineering,OS X,url_expression"?
Just found it in a newly installed OS and this is March 8, 2017. Along with the two other folder people are mentioning. Before trying to go to apple I got this certificate warning...
Since when has apple had its certificates issued by avast? Lol
Same here, it's popping up literally every few seconds after I choose to ignore the window.
Just popped up today and won't stay away. Annoyingly, it keeps coming back every minute or so.
I have tried disabling plug-ins, restarting Safari, turned off the "warn when visiting fraudulent web sites", just things I've seen on other forums. No luck.
Someone help!
Me too. any help with fixing this would be great
Count me in..! Today receiving every 5 minutes
So the last thing I've done is just clear my browsing history and cookies. Hasn't come back yet and it's been about 20-30 min or so
Me too in Italy with macos 10.2.2.
Me too. After the page reload fix the Google DatabaseUpdater Thread is crashing every minute.
Disabling and re-enabling Adblock in the extension settings menu of Safari did the trick for me.
After trying a lot of things, a reboot helped me. The Google DatabaseUpdater Thread is not crashing anymore.
I have no Adblock extension installed and also got the crash message. Deactivating all plugins/extenstions/and so on, reseting Safari doesn't helped me. Still if no program was launched it got this error.
Same here macOS 10.12.2, Safari Version 10.0.2
Aaaaargh! This is not good! 😢
Same here, in Italy on MAC OS X 10.12.2 it's popping up literally every few seconds. After I choose to let the window open in a corner
