When viewing Storage, under About the Mac I notice 2.5GB for Music Creation.
Anyone know how I could delete this? This is a new Mac with a fresh install if macOS Sierra and I haven't even launched Garageband?

FWIW, you can click on the "Manage" button and it will tell you.
Garage Band comes with a limited instruments sound library. You can download more instruments which would bring the total to 11.88 GBs.
I clicked on that button to remove GarageBand but it is still using 1.93GB of space on my latptop and I don't know how to totally remove it. I already deleted the GarageBand folder that was on Library.
You might want to consider starting a new discussion. Since this one is marked solved, less people are likely to look at it. A new post would be much more visible. You can link to this one.
See if you can find the file(s) using one of these programs. If you go Finder/View/Show Path Bar, it will show you where it is located.
