YouTube history not updating

I watch a YouTube video from the youtube app and my history is empty. I already tried restoring my iPad But it's still not working.

iPad Air 2-OTHER, iOS 9.3.2

Hi. Are you logged in to your Google account under the ... settings in the YouTube app?
