How to switch Apple Music country store

I mistakenly switched my country store to the US and now it's not allowing me to us Apple Music or play my downloaded songs, how do I switch it back

P.S. I went into settings and tried the country region thing for my apple account but even when I cancel my subscription it's still saying I have to cancel it to change county
