IPhone 7 reboot does not work

Tried to reboot my iPhone 7 with iOS 10.2. Apple logo briefly appeared, then this has been on since then. I was rebooting due to apps running slow. Do I need to do a DFU?

Hi Rozima1!

It looks like your iPhone is frozen, and I'm happy to help. Please try forcing your iPhone to restart:

How to force restart
You should force restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a last resort, and only if it's not responding. Follow these steps to force restart your device:
On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!
