AirPods pair correctly with iPhone 6s Plus (iOS 10.2) and randomly during the call they get disconnected. The BT connection gets lost and I have to connect them again manually.
Happens several times during long calls with no apparent pattern. The AirPods are fully charged.
The strange thing is that while listening to music, this problem doesn't show up, only on phone calls.

10.2 with iPhone 6s Plus, the same. I have the last firmware Airpods in 23/8/2017, nothing, fault...!!!
I have a. iPhone 6 and have only just had my new AirPods for a few days and have experienced this several times. Very frustrating for such an expensive product!!
Awesome suggestion! Now all I need to do is reinstall my Tile app and pair all my tiles again 🙂 LOL
Problem occurs on iPhone X too. Seems these headphones, for whatever reason, are not fully compatible with iPhones. What a shame.
I’ve appeared to solve the issue by disabling Bluetooth in the Tile App.

Fingers crossed, but I believe I have seen an improvement.
