Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have a crystal clear jelly pouch which i have put on to my iphone 7 matte black, after 2 weeks i planned to clean my phone, when i took out the pouch their were white spots all over, i tried to wipe them with polyester cloth but no luck. ( camera wasn't covered by the pouch, body within the camera surface area is clear but white spots all over the body which was covered by the pouch)

Me and a few of my friends have the same problem, and also a lot of people in the world, and you say that is from the case!?!?!?!?!

Оbviously the problem is in the mate surface. !!!! What is your answer, because i think to take this to the court of law!!!!!!!!!!! 😠😠😠
The same thing is happening to me. I've aggended a call with apple support and they told me that the problem is happening only in brasil but they haven't heard a solution or any orders from apple to support the clients who has been affected with the problem. I will send another call this week, and i thing will get it to the court if they dont help me in any perspective. Anyone have heard any positive worlds from apple to solve the problem?

i am having the same problem ughhh its so annoying looking at it its very ugly... i am very disappointed in Apple. I'm in California btw i dont know if that makes a difference but i use a spigen clear case. I really hope Apple makes a solution to this soon... its very frustrating,
I am having the same problem too! I've had my matte black iPhone 7 Plus for a little over a year now and I've had the Spigen case on it. The common factor in all the replies that I've read is that Spigen case. The case seems to interact negatively with the paint resulting in these spots. We should take this up with Spigen.
i have the same proplem too.. im from philippines..its so disgusting and im very dissapointed in this iphone 7 matte! soo ugly.. anyone can help regarding this matter? i cant even stare it .. OMG!😭😭😱😱😱

Give complain about this issue to
Contact the maker of the case. It clearly has some sort of chemical/residue in the case material or what is used to coat it that is damaging the matte black finish on the iPhone 7.
Apple is not responsible for these types of damages caused by third-party manufacturers.
I have also I 7 with matte black finish i am also facing the same white spots on back.
I didnt't use any covers..
Why not talk to AppleCare first and see what they say? It will be much less expensive.
