Apple Pay and iPod touch

Does anyone know if Apple Pay can be used with a 6th generation iPod touch? I have the Wallet app on my iPod that it comes with. Does anyone know if I'd have to download a new app to use Apple Pay, or can I use the already installed Wallet app on my iPod? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

iPod touch, iOS 10.1, 6th generation iPod.

Hi

Apple Pay cannot be used with any iPod.
