Red line through photo

I'm having an issue where some pictures in my library display with a red line through them. This line is not in the actual image. You can take Photos to full screen and the line disappears. If I zoom in on that area of the image, the red line isn't there. You can export the image and open with Preview and the line is not present. I'm using iCloud Photo Library and the line is not present in the image on any of the other devices. If you flip to the next photo, the line will disappear but reappear on others. This does not happen in any other application, only Photos. Also I never experienced this issue with these photos on my previous MacBook 12".

I was able to take a screen shot and the red line is seen in the screen shot.User uploaded file

My system is the Late 2016 15" MacBook Pro w/ Radeon Pro 460. Any idea what is causing this? It doesn't affect usage or the actual photo, but it is a nuisance and I'd like a computer this expensive to work as it should.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.2), 2016, 2.9 GHz, Radeon 460

I tried both suggestions and the issue remains. I did a little further testing and the issue does appear to be tied to the Radeon Pro 460.

In the screenshots, notice that in shot 1 the computer is running of the power adapter and is running the Radeon Pro 460 and the red line is present. In shot 2, the computer is running on the battery and when it switched over the the Intel graphics, the red line immediately disappeared. When I plugged it back in and it switched back to the Radeon Pro, the line came right back.

But again, the same image does not exhibit the issue when opened in Preview on the same machine. And I haven't seen any other graphics card related issues anywhere else. This makes me think there is something screwy going on between Photos and the Radeon. Maybe it's a software glitch either with Photos or the graphics card driver. That's what I'm hoping anyway. I really don't want to take a two week old machine for a repair.
