Hi! I have a lacie fuel wireless and i have transferred the phot app into the lacie.fuel by drap and deop in finder all the photos. Well i opened the lacie up and it does not read it on my ipad pro

I assume you have a mac running mac os. You copied the Photo App from the applications folder to the external lacie.fuel device.
Mac OS works differently from ios app. The picture are not store with the Photo app. You need to export the photo out of Photos to the external storage device.
