tracking offline ipad?
Hey guys, I lost my Ipad that I use for school everyday and I was wondering if I could track my ipad location via IMEI or serial number

No, sorry. You can only track a lost or stolen iOS device via the Find My iPhone app. If you had Find My iPhone turned on then even if it is offline, you can see the last location for 24 hours after it goes offline. After that, you have to wait until it comes back online to get a location.
If you did not have Find My iPhone turned on, then you will not be able to track it, put it into Lost Mode, or erase it remotely.
