i recently had a bad experience at the Hong Kong Apple Store .. I was told by a chat rep from the US that I would have to fix my problem on return to U.K. Now every time I try to get support.. Genius Bar/ book a repair or chat I get the message

I Logged in from different devices for over a week and always get the same response. I logged in with a different account and was instantly able to reach support. Why is my Apple ID blocked from tech support? i have valid apple care and products within warranty as well as an iPhone that is eligible for the iSight replacement program but can't book any appointment or even get through to chat as soon as my Apple ID is associated with the claim. Please help!
