i am having trouble adding my iCloud email account to my kindle fire but need the map a smpt server information as I am being prompted to add this information manually.
didnt have a problem adding my gmail account which automatically set up.
please can you help?
This still doesn't work...keep getting a error box.... security risk with the certificate that is either "self signed or has expired", and do i want to trust it. I'm guessing this is hopeless...I'm not offered to change the SSL to TSL.
BTW, I have a brand new kindle fire 8
I also had this problem. To correct it, I just turned off "Use SSL" in the incoming (SMPT) settings and the account set up OK. Best of luck
