Consider me warned. Seriously, thank you for taking the time to respond. I still don't understand where you're coming from.
[Your request for help] started out as about iCloud.
It still is about iCloud and wanting to use my @iCloud.com email and my contacts without logging into all the rest of the junk associated with my iCloud. No change.

How can you say its completely independent of iCloud when it is logging me in when I log into iCloud. Yes when I first bought my iPhone 4 in 2011 I most likely logged into everything the iPhone requested when it was initialized. Am I now condemned for life? - I don't want the lousy "game play" account or any other account to be connected to iCloud. I have no idea how to stop it. Hence the request for someone to help me log into my iCloud email in Mail App without all the other garbage. I have several accounts I am logged into on my iPhone 7+. That does not mean I want to log into them on all my devises. "It logs me into game play, iMessage, FaceTime and countless other Non-Business accounts that I have on my phone and never want on my computer." I don't get it - THAT IS MY QUESTION.
LACAllen wrote: That log in is not associated with iCloud at all. Neither are Messages and Facetime.
Those services are also completely independent of iCloud. *YOU* signed in to them at some point.
How can you make this statement. HOW DO I LOG KEEP THEM FROM LOGGING IN?

If you wish to leak the story out, one bit at a time... be my guest. This behaviour plus the constant suggestion this is all spyware will get you nothing but ignored.
So far I cannot find anyone in "this community" willing to give me an honest answer why I am forced to allow iCloud to log into every orifice of my computer the minute I use a basic feature that is associated with an Apple ID like the email app.
One last time - I beg you to give me a real answer.
Q: Is there a way to set-up the Apple email App without iCloud? Is it Possible? I would like to use the Apple Email App on my business computer and be able to use my @iCloud.com email address and be able to access and update my iCloud contacts that are on my iPhone 7+ without logging into everything associated with my personal iCloud ID?
LACAllen: if you are unable to give me a professional answer to a legitimate question without being condescending and downright rude - please don't bother. I am at my last breath. All I want is to use the features on my business computer without logging into all my personal accounts - it should not matter if I have logged into them before. I just want to use the features that came with my computer thats all. Good Grief I just want to set up and email account with contacts. WOW!
