How Do You Erase the Fusion Drive Into One Partition For Fresh macOS Install?

Hi. I need to fresh install macOS but the Fusion drive (2TB model with 128 SSD in it), after a Boot Camp mess up, has partitions that can't be erased and merged. There is no minus sign on the partition with the * which is the Windows Reserved and the partition which used to be Boot Camp (120+ GB):

I've made already a USB macOS flash drive installer and would like to erase/delete all partitions, format Fusion drive to pristine and install a fresh macOS Sierra (will just restore documents with Time Machine) and start from scratch.

Thank you in advance. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. God bless. Proverbs 31

Hi. After a day of researching (lost a lot of time but God's will be done), got to merge the messed up Fusion Drive caused by Boot Camp and Windows made partitions. These are the procedures for merging or deleting the Fusion Drive (as if it's factory fresh, nothing is installed):

For Merging (the key is the 2nd EFI partition created by Boot Camp or Windows is deleted. It can be finished of by Boot Camp Assistant after this procedure sees that it can be merged again into one partition):

Hi Thanks. It didn't work coz' it said "Ownership required for disks" Any idea how to gain ownership? Is that cause File Vault is set to enable and I have an login password?

I hope they update Disk Utility to just let you point it to the Fusion drive just like the non-Fusion drives and it erases everything in it and just makes it easier to erase everything.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Thanks Internet Recovery has that error that starts with -30f something and has the exclamation point. Does Internet Recovery delete the whole Fusion drive including the ones made by Boot Camp and Windows or just the macOS paritition?

I need the whole Fusion drive totally erased like it came from a factory.

Any app that can do this? The chrissearle method with Terminal doesn't work- it says it need ownership but what does that mean? Thanks.
